· The "Bear From The Air" shows a huge house tucked in under all those trees in addition to a huge fenced yard with secluded swimming pool! The house looks small from the street, which is good! Once you step into the doorway you are suddenly whisked away by the shear number of amenities for your convenience!

· The kitchen has so many features but the large island and custom cabinets are the most appreciated. The countertops and backsplash are marble tiles with inlaid stones as the boarder. Six recessed lights are placed in strategic locations!
· Here is the "espresso nook". Notice the extensive crown moldings and pleasing textures. The cabinets are custom, done specifically for this home, and they are designed for extra large pans. There is even a cabinet that rolls out w/ a trash can!
· This is the Master Bedroom. You have "his" & "hers" recessed lighting reading lamps that are adjustable and a remote to the thermostatically-controlled designer ceiling fan with tulip glass.
· The Master is 17' X17' and has double, 15-pane French doors leading into the Master Bath area.
· The Master Bath needs another zip code! Just kidding! It IS TEXAS-SIZED and features glass bricks in the "Shower Room" (that's right, room - more later), there are "his" & "hers" shell sinks, marble tile and backsplash, customer cabinets with a makeup area for her.

· This is a crummy shot but there are actually 4 water faucets (two per side - w/ the top shower head having a massage mode) in the "Master Shower Room" that blasts you clean! Yes there is enough water pressure to operate them too! We nicknamed this "Shower Power!"
· There is a toilet AND bidet for the ultimate in clean!
· This is the Master closet window seat. You can view the Great room from upstairs in the closet. Your wife can have her mail forwarded and live up here! The window seat in hinged to allow more storage.
· More storage for him. The bottom drawers are absolutely gigantic! They go back in to the wall 3 feet!
· This is "her" closet area. It was a 17' X 17' room so there is even plenty of space for all her clothes, shoes AND accessories with a place for everything!
· Each of the drawers are custom made and they progressively get larger as you go lower. You have shoe racks beneath the clothing racks.
· This is the downstairs Master parlor with ceiling fan. It has columns leading into the parlor where the flooring becomes ceramic tile that flows into the full bathroom. Very handy to have because you can take a shower in here and hit the pool still dripping! It is being used as an exercise room.
· This is a large downstairs Master. It has white square picture frame and chair railing! The texture in here is Mediterranean.
· Here's the downstairs Master bath. Look how nice and large it is (but what you cannot see is the closet to the right IN THE BATHROOM with it's own water heater, shelves and suit racks - so hot water is fast in this house)
· The downstairs Master has a pedestal sink with octagonal mirror and decorative lighting. The lighting is gold and silver color with inverted tulips and there is also a heater, fan & light unit in addition to the recessed lighting!
· And, of course, you must have a shower seat. The mirror also helps insure your shave goes well!
