Any person or company that promises to keep the home out of foreclosure 100% OF THE TIME—is NOT telling you the truth! There are no guarantees! Even we lose some cases (like this one here)…but we have to look at the greater good being done!
We ARE ABLE TO CLOSE MORE THAN THE INDUSTRY AVERAGE because we have relationships with the major lenders! While we do not like to lose, we do learn from every case—and so does the lender—they know we are SERIOUS!
Make sure you ask any person prior to committing how many short sales they have done RECENTLY! These rules change frequently. You need an expert!
Just writing an e-book or doing a website about short sales does not make you an expert!
Any Realtor claiming to be able to do a short sale, ask one question…. Who is the buyer? They cannot BUY IT THEMSELVES, THEY ARE MERELY LOOKING FOR A WAY TO PUT ON MLS!!! THEY CANNOT PURCHASE BECAUSE IT IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST!! Period! Seek a real expert! Fill in this form!
