Put up a $100 deposit and you are given first priority on the home! Better hurry...they go pretty fast!

How Much Can You Afford – add your income, subtract your expenses, & take a percentage.

Income – simply ADD up the total monthly income.

Add them all up! This is the TOTAL MONTHLY INCOME                                                  

 

Expenses – now SUBTRACT out all your monthly expenses.

Add the expenses. These are the TOTAL MONTHLY EXPENSES                                   

 

Percentage – the industry standard is to use UP TO 42% of your monthly income, after expenses, on a house payment. We can go as high as 50%...So let’s do the math:

Subtract Expenses from you Income                                                   

Now multiply that by 50% (don’t forget the decimal or simply divide by 2)      X   .50%

This is the maximum monthly house payment!
