· You find a prospect and fill out the Property Information Sheet and LOA (Letter of Authorization). You MUST PUT YOUR NAME & PHONE NUMBER in the space provided to be allowed disbursement schedule below.
· You send that by email or fax and we go to work gathering docs, dealing with the lender. Once we know how and at what price the home can be sold, we let you know!
Disbursement Schedule:
You have three options to be paid (sometimes the choice is made for you by what the lender will do):
1. You decide whether you would like a referral fee of 3% (HSH buys)
2. You pay us 3% (You buy) for the deal, at closing of course.
3. If it goes on the retail market we still pay you $500 when it sells!*
For Realtors, we work cooperatively with the listing agent split of the commission. No expense for the homeowner are incurred and we are not paid unless successful! In most cases, the Realtor has ample time to procure a buyer (and at a better price) so we are finding that most Realtors end up 4.5% instead of less than 3%!!
We work with a select few Realtors because once you see how we work and how we help the homeowner and NEVER CHARGE A FEE in advance, you will find tons of people that desperately need your help—or at least a referral to us to help solve their problems! After all, isn’t that why most Realtors get into real estate is to help people? We will help you achieve your goals and help people along the way, what could be better than that?
