"There's NO WAY anyone would approve us! We have been all over town being turned down by everyone!"

Trying To SELL Your Home BEFORE Foreclosure! 

Toby & Cinda K. were having a difficult stretch and it was either pay for unexpected medical bills or make the house payment and maybe be refused medical care! What a terrible situation, again through no fault of their own! Their son had an accident where is hand was nearly severed and they had unexpected complications from a recent pregnancy - and the bills piled up FAST! They were trying to do right by everyone but something had to give. With Cinda not working and Toby putting in overtime it still wasn't enough.  

When Home Sweet Home  came to talk with them about buying their home they were already several payments behind, they had already filed a Forbearance Agreement and were not able to keep up  the payment schedule,  and the bank had assured them they would foreclose next month. While Home Sweet Home  was able to come to terms favorable to the Seller, which would have meant we could have made tens of thousands of dollars, we instead decided to help Toby & Cinda K. using our industry knowledge and that kept the bank from foreclosing and gave them several months to catch up. Now they are in the process of repaying everyone and happy to have kept their home. Sam & Martha B. had a home that needed repairs before they could even put it on the market. New homes were being built right behind them for less that what they even owed, so no one was interested in their house.
